The focus is on top quality Scottish beef which is sourced exclusively from the Buccleuch Estate where all the meat is hung for a minimum of 21 days to ensure an intense natural flavour. We offer various succulent cuts from fillet to sirloin and from t-bone to juicy rump. Try our Surf & Turf- delicious!
In addition to the wide choice of beef, Manna offers a mouth-watering selection of other choices such as steak and ale pie with buttery mash and green beans, spaghetti with Cornish crab, chilli oil, lemon and parsley, cajun spiced free-range chicken with sticky rice, honey and ginger , Aubergine and sun dried tomato lasagne.
Manna offers a daily lunch and pre-theatre menu keenly priced at £12.00/£16.00 for 2/3 courses with seasonal, daily specials always supplementing the selection. Specials will include, for example, fresh langoustines, simply grilled lemon sole with chips or whole sea bass on prawn, sunblush tomato and goats cheese salad.
